Privacy notice
Last updated 2026-07-25
This notice explains what happens to personal data when you use graphet.ai. The site exists for one purpose: to advertise the availability of the domain name and to receive enquiries about acquiring it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Hobby.com E.A.S., a company constituted under Paraguayan Law 6480/2020, with offices at World Trade Center, Torre 4, Piso 20, Asuncion, Paraguay. The company operates under the HeptaCore Media Network brand.
What is collected
- Enquiry form: the name, company, email address and message you type, plus the domain the enquiry refers to. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records the IP address, user agent and timestamp of requests, for security and abuse prevention.
There is no profiling, no advertising identifier and no behavioural tracking on this site. No third-party resource is loaded: fonts are served from this domain, so no external provider sees your visit.
Why it is used
Form data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to negotiate a sale - steps taken at your request before any contract. Technical logs are kept on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and free of abuse.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare - hosting and delivery of the site.
- Resend - delivery of the enquiry to our inbox.
- Reoon - validity check of the email address you provide; it receives the address only.
Enquiries may also be stored on our own server infrastructure. Data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
Processing takes place on infrastructure that may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where data originates in the EEA, transfers rely on the safeguards published by the providers listed above.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained while the domain remains available and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a negotiation can be resumed or a completed sale evidenced. After that they are deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may object to processing or ask for your data in portable form. Use the enquiry form to make the request; state clearly that it concerns your personal data and it will be handled as such rather than as a purchase enquiry. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date.
